Cake Flavours

These flavours are my recommended combinations, however, if you prefer a different filling of mine in your sponge then let me know. All my cakes, syrups and frostings are handmade from scratch, using quality ingredients and I only ever use FREE RANGE EGGS. All my cakes are suitable for vegetarians, I am also able to cater for gluten and dairy-free diets.

Vanilla

Vanilla sponge drizzled with vanilla syrup, filled with vanilla frosting (with or without jam).

Chocolate

Chocolate

Chocolate sponge filled with either chocolate frosting or ganache (milk, white or dark).

Lemon

Lemon

Lemon sponge drizzled with lemon syrup, filled with homemade lemon curd and lemon frosting.

Salted Caramel

Salted Caramel

Caramel sponge filled with caramel and salted caramel frosting.

Marble

Chocolate & vanilla sponge swirled together, filled with either vanilla, chocolate frosting or ganache.

Carrot

Moist carrot cake with orange scented frosting.

Rich Fruit

Moist rich fruit cake (with or without nuts) matured with brandy (non alcoholic alternative available).

Coffee Liqueur

Coffee sponge drizzled with coffee syrup and filled with Irish cream frosting.
